Office Management Assistant (gn)
Hamburg/ On-Site
Full-time, 40 hours/week
Salary range: €48,000 – €50,000 gross per year (depending on experience)
Your tasks include:
- General assistance and organizational tasks , including appointment management and preparation and follow-up of meetings and discussions.
- Administrative support in day-to-day business , especially in organizational and personnel-related matters.
- Processing orders , including the creation of invoices and delivery notes.
- Coordination and communication with external service providers, suppliers and trading partners , including management of relevant project processes.
- Assistance in the finance department , e.g. by compiling and checking invoices, processing expense reports and coordinating with the tax office.
- Taking on partial project responsibility for selected projects (e.g., office concept).
You should possess the following skillset:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Initial practical experience in an assistant or comparable position
- Excellent user skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, as well as in using common email programs.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational talent
- Independent and structured work style as well as a quick grasp of concepts.
- Quick comprehension and high level of commitment
- A high degree of care, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail.
