Du brauchst die Regeln zur Berechnung zur Zyklusberechnung nicht auswendig kennen, sondern lediglich täglich deine Daten eintragen. Den Rest übernimmt die Ovy App für dich.
Der wichtigste Datenpunkt für die automatische Berechnung ist deine Aufwachtemperatur. Solltest du deine Empfängnis mit der symptothermalen Methode regeln, ist außerdem die Auswertung deines Zervixschleims relevant.
