Update of the Ovy Premium prices

Dear Ovy Community,

At Ovy, our mission is to build innovative medical products to make a lasting improvement to women’s lives. Including yours!

For months now, we too have been confronted with rising costs for goods and services. Until now, we have not passed these costs onto our members. Unfortunately, we will have to change this in future in order to continue offering the Ovy App in the usual quality.

We think it's important that medical devices are accessible to all women. That’s why we will continue offering our popular Ovy Bluetooth Thermometer at the same price of €79.90 for as long as possible.

Starting from February 1, 2023, the price for a subscription to the Ovy Premium App will change as follows:

- The monthly subscription will increase by €1 to €4.99 per month.
- The yearly subscription will increase by €15 to €49.99 per year. An annual subscription will continue to save you 20 %.

Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the current term via the App Store or Play Store with the new terms. If you do not consent to this, you can cancel your subscription in the App Store or Play Store.

When will prices change for existing members?

For members who are in the 12-month gift period, the new prices will apply after the end of the gift period, unless the subscription is canceled by the deadline.

For members who are in the 30-day trial period, the new prices will apply after the end of the trial period, unless the subscription is canceled by the deadline.

For members with a regular subscription, the new prices will apply after the current subscription has ended, unless the subscription is canceled by the deadline.

For members with a lifelong subscription, the Ovy Premium App will continue to be free. This applies to all members who purchased an Ovy or Beurer Bluetooth thermometer before June 30, 2020.

A basic version of the Ovy App is still available free of charge.

Until when can a subscription be taken out at the current price?

For all subscriptions concluded by January 31, 2023 the current prices apply for the duration.

For us as a young company, financial sustainability is crucial. We have been faced with increasing costs for raw materials and services to name a few since. Unfortunately this is the only way we can cover our expenses.

We feel deep gratitude for your loyalty and we hope to stay by your side on your journey to a better awareness for the female body.
