The Yes Baby Box is suitable for you if:

Do I need prior knowledge to use the Ovy app correctly?
The app provides you with various background information about the method. You will also be shown a tutorial on how to use it before you start.
To use the symptothermal method, you need a basal thermometer to measure your waking temperature (e.g. the Ovy thermometer) and a medium for documentation (e.g. the Ovy app).
What is the supplement Folio® fertil women good for?
With Folio® fertil women you can prepare yourself for pregnancy by providing your body with specific vitamins and minerals (so-called micronutrients) as well as an essential fatty acid. The zinc it contains can support female fertility.
Why do I need ovulation tests?
Ovulation tests are helpful in determining your fertile days, which is especially useful when you're trying to conceive. They detect the rise of the luteinizing hormone (LH), which triggers ovulation, allowing you to plan the optimal time for intercourse to increase the chances of pregnancy. You can document the test result in the Ovy app.
When can I take a pregnancy test?
The use of the Ovy pregnancy test is possible 3-5 days before your expected period. The calculation of your next period is done with the appropriate Ovy app. You can record your test results in the Ovy app to start the pregnancy mode accordingly.
